One of the best features of Miss B'Haven is its location. Our covered back patio overlooks the pools and hot tub, and a private gate provides direct access to the family pool. The beach is just a short walk or golf-cart ride away, and we provide a beach wagon to help transport chairs, toys, and coolers.

Spacious Accommodations for Families and Groups

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults plus 1-2 children and is designed with families and multi-generational groups in mind. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, giving everyone space and privacy after a fun day at the beach.

The loft serves as a second living area and includes: Flat-screen TVDVD player, queen sleeper sofa, open living and entertainment space.

The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area where family and friends can gather together. Features include: comfortable sectional seating two chairs, flat-screen TVTube TV.

Beverage cooler for soda, beer, and wine, Margarita machine for vacation fun.

To ensure a great experience for all guests and neighbors: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Pools and hot tub close at 10:00 PM

No bachelor or bachelorette parties

No unauthorized parties or events

No ATVs allowed in Royal Sands

Only golf carts are permitted on the boardwalk

Spring Break rentals are limited to families and responsible adults age 25+. 

We have exterior security cameras monitoring the driveways and community pool area.

ParkingTwo driveways accommodate up to four vehicles and/or boats.

Electric vehicle charging is not permitted without prior approval. Public charging stations are available nearby.
